Soul Climb Limited

Terms & conditions.

How we use this website and agree work with business clients.

Last updated: 23 September 2026. These terms are intended for business customers. A quotation, purchase order or written agreement may set out additional project-specific conditions. No services are booked simply by visiting this website or sending an enquiry.

1. About us

Soul Climb Limited is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17278857. Contact: 07565 310 425.

2. Agreeing a service

We will agree the work in writing before starting. The quotation or written scope should identify the deliverables, location, dates, client inputs, fees, expenses, payment date and any project-specific cancellation arrangements. A change to scope, dates or deliverables must be agreed in writing and may affect price or timing. If these terms conflict with a separately signed agreement, the signed agreement takes priority for that project.

3. Information and access

The client must supply accurate, timely information and arrange the access, contacts and approvals needed for the agreed work. We will flag material gaps we identify. Delays or changes caused by missing information or access may require a revised programme and fee, agreed before additional work proceeds.

4. RAMS and compliance documents

RAMS and other documents are prepared for the specific work described in the agreed brief, using the information available at the time. They are not a substitute for a site assessment, competent supervision or briefing the people carrying out the work. The client remains responsible for checking that the described task and site details are accurate, approving the controls, communicating them to its team and reviewing them when work or conditions change. We will correct errors in our work brought to our attention within the agreed review process.

5. Equipment inspection

Any harness or climbing-equipment inspection is limited to the agreed items and the inspector’s competence. We will identify in the report whether an item received a LOLER thorough examination where applicable, or a different PPE inspection. Findings relate to the condition observable at the time of inspection and do not replace pre-use checks, correct storage, maintenance or the owner’s responsibility to remove defective equipment from use. Items outside our agreed scope will not be certified or represented as inspected.

6. Fees, payment and cancellation

Fees, expenses, payment dates and any VAT treatment will be shown in the quotation or invoice. A booking is only confirmed when both parties agree the scope and dates. If a booking is cancelled or postponed, any cancellation fee must be one expressly stated in the accepted quotation or other written agreement; otherwise we will discuss reasonable work already carried out and unavoidable committed costs. We may claim statutory late-payment interest and recovery costs where applicable to an overdue business debt.

7. Deliverables and confidential information

Once the agreed fee is paid, the client may use the final deliverables for the agreed project and may share them with its own client and delivery team for that purpose. Our underlying templates and working methods remain ours unless agreed otherwise in writing. Each party will take reasonable care with the other’s confidential business information and may disclose it when needed for the project or required by law.

8. Responsibility and liability

We will perform the agreed services with reasonable care and skill. Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Any other limit or allocation of liability should be set out in the accepted project agreement rather than assumed from this webpage.

9. Website information

The website describes our services in general terms. It is not a quotation, technical instruction or assurance that a service is suitable for a particular project. Please contact us with the relevant brief. You may view the site for ordinary business purposes, but must not present our content or branding as your own.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. For questions about a project or these terms, please call 07565 310 425. We may update the website terms for future use; the agreed terms for existing work remain those accepted for that project.
