Who we are
Soul Climb Limited, company no. 17278857, is responsible for the personal information it uses to handle your enquiry and deliver agreed services. Registered office: 13 Barcroft, Cross Roads, Keighley, England, BD22 9DB. Contact Alex Hawley at Alex@SoulClimb.co.uk or 07565 310 425.
Information and purpose
We use the contact details, company details, project information and attachments you provide to respond, assess scope, prepare quotations and deliver agreed work. Required form fields let us understand and respond to your request; without them we may be unable to help. Please provide only information needed for the enquiry.
Our lawful basis
Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, or we deliver that contract, we rely on contract. For business representatives, we rely on our legitimate interests in handling relevant business enquiries and managing client relationships. We may retain records to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Form delivery and sharing
The form sends your information and attachments to FormSubmit for delivery to our email inbox. FormSubmit states that it retains submissions for 30 days; uploaded files are not retained in its submission archive. FormSubmit and its email providers may process your information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as approved contract terms. Contact us if you'd like details. Read FormSubmit’s privacy information before submitting. You can instead contact us directly by email or phone. We use hosting and email providers to operate the site and communications, and share relevant information with advisers or authorities where necessary or legally required. We do not sell enquiry information.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond and manage follow-up. Where work proceeds, relevant information forms part of project and business records and is kept as needed for contractual, accounting and legal purposes. Retention depends on the work and applicable obligations; you can ask us about a particular record.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, or by calling 0303 123 1113.
Website operation
Hosting providers may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the website. The enquiry form redirects to FormSubmit, which may use cookies and spam-prevention checks on its own service. No advertising or analytics scripts have been added to this website.
